Goodbye Linoleum, Hello Tile!

Since before Scott and I first moved into our Condo we had talked about wanting to tear out the linoleum floors in the bathrooms and replace them with tile. Nearly two and a half years later, we finally redid the master bathroom.
What I learned is that I really don't like having a dirty home. I do not like having a messy home, but I nearly went insane having a DIRTY home.

Scott started to pull up all of the linoleum, expecting to find wood underneath, but instead it was cement. The cement dust flew into the air and covered all the surfaces and walls in the bathroom, our closet, our bedroom, the kitchen, living room, and dining area. It was inevitable. There was no way we could have avoided the mess. So we vacuumed and dusted and changed our bedding that night before going to bed. Until we finished I felt like I was cleaning constantly, but I am so happy with the results that I suppose it made it all worth it. It went pretty smoothly minus my grumpy attitude from the mess (Sorry you had to put up with that Scott). Here are the pictures of all the fun!

Next comes our other bathroom. At least now I know what to expect.
